• New Photovoltaic Plant. Legal and technical feasibility assessment. Legal advisor for owner’s engineering team.

• New hydrogen Plant. Negotiating and drafting of EPC contract for the design and construction of a the Plant. Legal advisor for the EPC contractor.

• New Ethanol from Furnace Off-Gas Plant. Negotiating and drafting of license, teaming, funding, basic engineering, process guarantee and product off-take agreements for the project.  Legal adviser for technology developer.

• Project for purposes of reducing Scope 1 carbon emissions.  Legal opinion on certain aspects of the Carbon Tax Act 15 of 2019 and its regulations.  Legal advisor for the technology developer.

• Application to export technology in terms of Nuclear Energy Act 46 of 1999. Opinion on the export license requirements in terms of the Nuclear Energy Act (Act 46 of 1999) and its regulations.  Legal adviser for technology developer.
